Babykins and Kins Products are shipped via Canada Post. Orders are generally shipped in 2-3 business days from the time of purchase (excluding custom orders). If your order contains any out of stock items you will be contacted. The shipping price is determined by the weight of your order, your ship to location and the level of service you choose.
Our online shopping cart provides you with a choice of available shipping options to your location. Estimated shipping charges can be obtained prior to completion of your order by entering your country, province/state and postal/zip code inside the cart. You will have the option to preview and select a shipping method before entering your credit card information and completing your order.
Our products ship from our manufacturing plant located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada will arrive customs and duty collect. Please be aware of local regulations before you order. We ship Canada Post for International orders. During the Holiday Season (November to January) it is possible for shipments to take twice as long to arrive due to volume and customs delays. If your order does not arrive in the time frame noted, please check with your local post office as they often hold parcels for collection of customs and duties. Estimated delivery dates displayed in the shopping cart are not guaranteed. For International Orders they are average times under normal conditions.

Due to the hygienic nature of incontinence products and the stringent Canadian health regulations, we cannot accept returns, give refunds, or make exchanges on any washable, reusable or absorbent incontinence/health products wrongly ordered by our customers. This policy applies to “buyer’s remorse” (i.e., when a customer orders a product, and then decides they don’t want the product). Therefore all sales are final. NO RETURNS with the exception of defective or wrongly shipped merchandise (i.e., Products were not what you ordered from Babykins Products). In the case of defective or wrongly shipped merchandise on Babykins Products part, you must request an Authorization for Return of Merchandise by contacting us within three (3) days of receipt of your order at email@example.com or at 1-800-665-2229 and have your order number ready.. No exceptions.
